2022-2026
At User Interviews I've owned end-to-end design of complex, cross-platform features including research quotas, video screening, CRM panel structure and search, screener question bank, advanced filtering, funnel automation and dynamic profiles. These designs directly contributed to sustained growth in completed sessions over four years. Below are several end to end projects I owned.
User Interviews
I designed, conducted research, and executed a Quotas project during Q4 2025. This experience allows Researchers to automate the movement of different participant segments and quotas through the research funnel. Our ultimate goal being to streamline and automate our growing Unmoderated study segment and API partners who run studies through external integrations with our panel. Link to support article.
Business impact ๐
Designed quota automation to reduce manual coordination and increase speed to study completion. The system enables scalable unmoderated research and API-driven workflows, unblocking multiple teams and laying the foundation for future growth.
Quotas experience
Case Study #2
I built an end to end question bank experience where Researchers can easily set up reusable question components for their teams to use across various research studies. Our main business objective in this build was a sales escalation, and our adoption targets were based on number of teams adopting this feature. This feature contributed to a product goal of feature stickiness and creating a switching cost for teams with well built and adopted libraries. Link to support article. Link to screener mapping add-on.
Question bank experience
Case Study #3
Business impact ๐
Exceeded adoption targets within the first 30 days and continued strong growth post-launch, with 495 researchers across 422 teams actively contributing to the Question Bank.
The feature has driven significant stickiness and switching costs, with adopting teams representing over $6.3M in ARR.
Tools I use to solve problems
I typically use a range of tools when solving a problem. Often starting with FigJam for comparative analysis, Cursor for code exploration and early technical understanding, Figma Make for quick prototypes, User Interviews for user testing, and Notion for reporting and storytelling.

Research Hub CRM - Multiple panels experience
Case Study #1
Business impact ๐
Our panels feature was adopted by 56 enterprise organizations, closing a critical CRM capability gap and strengthening Research Hubโs enterprise readiness. This work directly contributed to churn prevention, including retaining a large enterprise contract that was previously at risk due to competitive limitations.
I designed an end to end Multiple panels experience in User Interviews' Research Hub product. These panels serve to help protect participant data and streamline recruitment by ensuring that researchers only have access to the participants they need for their work. Additionally I owned and designed many other aspects of the Research Hub CRM including Opt in forms, Advancing filtering, Segment interactions, CSV uploads, Invite rules, External data integrations and Data mapping automations that help up level our previous broken system of keeping CRM data "fresh". The multiple panels experience was an effort to recover sales churn and compete against competitor Rally's CRM experience. Link to support article.
